Las Gatabulosas Aventuras del Gran e Inigualable Evaristo is an animation of my cat Evaristo. Many of us tend to see pets as less significant than humans because their lives are often shorter and seemingly simpler. We live in a moment where we do not stop to appreciate little things like a walk and the sound or the smell that comes with it. The original idea has always been about the mundane life of a house cat. What it is like to be a black cat and how something that seems insignificant to us can be a moment of wonder for Evaristo. Something as ordinary as chasing a red dot in a living room or looking at birds from the window may seem trivial to us, but that is the greatest adventure of the day for Evaristo. Sometimes an apple is just an apple and we should stop looking for a deeper meaning to everything and just enjoy what is in front of our noses.
